With strategic options selected and ranked, 3 resource components (Time, Team & Money) are reviewed for the number #1 ranked project. SUCCESS ELEMENTS working with company owner and management assess the timelines and project elements that need to be completed for the success of the project. Project elements are then matched with skill sets and profiles of available staff to form the Project Team. At this stage many companies elect to use Extended DISC assessments to select project members. As a final step, a Project Budget is finalized based on the project elements including Project Team incentives, if and where required.
